Hi there!

I’m Pat - a New Yorker at heart - born, raised and educated there - yet I’m also a lover of the South where I’ve been in Charlotte for over 20 years. I first spent decades working corporately in NYC and then did a deep dive into motherhood, raising three now adult children. I’ve experienced the roller coasters of career, parenting, divorce with love and care, an empty nest and now a fulfilling next act. I’m fascinated with health and fitness, great food and wine (better when linked with travel!) and will always have at least one canine companion :)
