ADHD and Life Coach

BIO

Hey there!

I’m Berkeley- a spirited, charismatic, and compassionate coach for all things ADHD and beyond. My interest in ADHD coaching began initially during my experience teaching in middle schools and high schools in northern Virginia and then in Charlotte. Though I have lived the majority of my life in the South, I also have spent time in southern California where I left at least a part of my heart. I live with my husband and two rescue dogs in Charlotte, NC. I also have two adult children, one of whom has ADHD. Raising a son with ADHD is what cemented my desire to become a coach. My husband and I both have ADHD, and my son has it, but we all have different flavors of it. I understand ADHD from many perspectives- personal, parental, and marital. When not coaching, you can find me sharing a glass of wine and a good meal with friends, hiking, traveling, and trying to complete any number of home improvement projects.
